I’m an Ag focused coach and consultant here to help you.
I have always been passionate about Agriculture. But, I didn’t grow up on a farm. I grew up in the suburbs with an innate desire to be out here.
Rural places and animals have always been in my heart. I chased that desire in the form of horseback riding from the age of 7 until I graduated high school. That’s also where I started my first business and realized I never wanted to work a traditional job.
During my undergraduate degree, I took Beef Production. It was sitting in that class and hearing from producers in all parts of the industry that my interest in ranching grew into a passion. Almost all of these producers expressed concern with communication between themselves and consumers and how it impacts their operations.
This concern was again brought to the front of my mind in graduate school. I had the opportunity to meet and talk with a variety of ranchers, dairy farmers, and field crop farmers. They all had the same concern – public perception of Agriculture.
Because of this and how much I hate someone else dictating my schedule, I decided not to pursue a traditional job in Ruminant Nutrition. Instead, I decided to forge my own career with the intention of helping bridge this communication gap between farmers, ranchers, and consumers.
With over a decade of this delicate communication experience, my passion for helping farmers and ranchers know how to advocate effectively for their industry remains strong.
During my years doing this advocacy work, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with countless farmers and ranchers. The people are the heart of this amazing industry.
